We are halfway through a FANTASTIC and FUN reading month! Please keep this calendar handy to see spirit days, events, and links for read alouds and reading tips. Also, all Wildcat students will work toward a reading goal for the month (set by grade levels/classroom teachers) to earn a special Wild About Reading bag tag! Spirit Days this week:
- Monday, March 17--Wear green for St. Patrick's Day
- Tuesday, March 18--Wear an outfit to show your favorite sports team
- Thursday, March 20--Wear a shirt or outfit to show a favorite place
- Friday, March 21--Grade Level Shirt Day

Each Monday, we see who has perfect attendance for the prior week and randomly draw two winners for a $10 Rev'd Up Fun arcade gift card. For the week of March 3 we had 271 Wildcats who had perfect attendance (UP from 251 the week before!); please see the picture below of our two attendance winners!
The Woodhaven Theatre Company would like to share our Love of Theatre with the elementary students of the Woodhaven-Brownstown School District with our annual Drama Llama Day. Each year, the WTC hosts students grades Young 5's through 4th grade for a day of workshops, games and performances at WHS on Saturday, April 26th. Deadline to register is March 18th. Reminder - Board elections for the next school year will take place at the May PTO meeting. The attached flyer outlines the different positions and responsibilities. We will be wrapping up our March activities with our Dine Out Applebee's on March 20th from 4-9pm. (Please note, the tentative date on the small calendar that went home in January is incorrect). See the attached flyer for details.
