The WUE Dog program here at Woodhaven Upper Elementary was created to ensure that we have positive male role models for our students. We want our halls, classrooms, lunchroom, and playground full of men who are here to show students that they matter. If you would like to be part of this positivity then sign-up below.
WUE Dogs will be schedule on specific days from 7:45am-3:45pm. (unless it is a half day)
WUE Dogs Must be 18 or older and a dad or male family member of a WUE student.
WUE DOG MISSION STATEMENT:
STEP ONE: ICHAT FORM
ALL WUE DOGS MUST HAVE AN ICHAT AND COPY OF THEIR ID TURNED IN TO THE MAIN OFFICE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE THEIR SCHEDULED DAY!
Before becoming a WUE DOG you need an ICHAT on file. We will need the form completed and a copy of your ID turned in to the WUE Main Office at least 14 days before your scheduled day.

STEP TWO: SIGN UP FOR A DAY BELOW
1. Please only sign up for ONE day. We want to get as many people as we can connected, so if we need more support we will send out communication about that. If you do sign up for more than one spot, your extra spots will be deleted. Thanks for understanding!
2. Make sure you complete the form and add your child's name(s) and your shirt size to the sign-up comment section.
3. AGAIN, If you sign up you need an ICHAT on file. We will need the form completed and a copy of your ID turned in to the WUE Main Office at least 14 days before your scheduled day.
